The Founders of the LRHS Tri-M Music Honors Society

The Leesville Chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society is cofounded by Monique Armelle and Michael Allen Dacanay. Inspired to start Tri-M after seeing the impact of tutoring middle school students. Tri-M Music Honor Society Chapter is a platform for musically gifted students to reach out to the community. The Dacanay siblings state "We want to motivate students in our school not just to excel in both academics and music but also to tutor young players and to play for the sometimes forgotten people in the community -- our elders."
